In Course 2, after 6 weeks of in-class training, the students will travel to the field to join one of the Life Church Mission Bases operating in Asia. During this time the students will be immersed in the rich environment of a foreign culture. We promise that the Life Bible College Mission Trip will provide students with the opportunity to experience unprecedented growth in their own life, as well as ministering Christ’s love to a hurting world.
During this time students will not be graded by completing essays, or in-class examinations, but by bearing true spiritual fruit, and witnessing Christ’s life to the world. We are convinced that in this setting the learning curve will lead them to become the carriers of both His life and message.
What will I be doing on the Missions Trip?
Students are hosted by Life Church Missionaries who are residents living in India and Nepal and speak the languages and understand the culture. The schedule and activities of the Mission’s trip changes slightly for each year. Below are some of the activities that students participate in:

A study on the purpose of Missions, that spans the trip
•
Lectures from natives on the Asian Religions, in order to get an
understanding of their culture and prepare for sharing the Gospel
•
Meet and get to know the students of SLM India
•
The School of Life and Ministry’s Graduation at Life Church Siliguri
•
Attend and minister at Life Church Siliguri
•
Ministering at Orphanages
•
Ministering at Churches in cities and the mountains
•
Ministering at Bhutanese Refugee Camps
•
A visit to Varanasi, the homeland of the Hindu Religion

His grace is the ability to do the things we cannot. He is our ever-present source, our only source. He is sufficient and more. He makes us want to be more, to go farther, fly higher, try harder, attempt more, expect more. We've tasted and have seen that the Lord is good and with Him, all things are possible!!
