Missionaries on the China-Myanmar Border

Following is a letter from a pastor located in Myanmar who sent two people from his church to attend SLM in 2008. He talks about the change he saw in them, what they are doing now and most importantly the fruit they are bearing. It is encouraging and honouring to know that SLM is making an eternal difference. “Dear Pastor,

Greetings to you, to your wonderful family and to your staff in the most precious name of our Living Lord, Jesus Christ! We are so thankful to God, the Father, for the sound teaching and sound doctrine provided at the SLM, India. We thank God for SLM and for the transformed life it teaches which effects and attracts others to Christ. Jenny and Sam have been a blessing to us all since they returned. They are now helping in the church teaching English and leading Bible study classes. We are sending out missionaries to different locations on the China-Myanmar border lines. Among them, Sam will be going in the power of Christ which he learnt in SLM.

This year, there will be four students from Myanmar we want to send to SLM. They have a clear calling from God. They have all decided to live a spirit-filled life and to become HIS disciples. Will you kindly accept them and teach them?
