We travelled by plane, train, jeep, rickshaw, boat and foot...

LBC have just returned from India after a 3 week adventure in which we travelled 1000’s of miles to see, hear, touch, smell and taste the heart of God for humanity. With over 1 billion people living in such a great nation we have seen that the harvest is vast and God is looking for a heart and vessel to reveal His love through.
The opportunities are endless, Jesus said “to love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind and strength and to love our neighbour as ourselves” who is our neighbour we may ask, it’s the next person we meet, whether that’s on the way to work, or our boss, or our children, whether we are in our own town or on foreign soil, our neighbour is the next person we meet, the world is the field and we realise that God has called all of us to share His gospel, the hour is at hand, the time is now.
We travelled by plane, train, jeeps, rickshaws, boat and foot to minister in homes, churches, orphanages and schools, taking every opportunity to share the gospel. The students were amazing and will never forget their experiences and I close with one student who described their experience by the following…..
“We will say that by the ability of God we tapped into the wells of salvation. We needed to lean and depend on the arms of sorrow and suffering and call upon our Saviour continually. He was more than faithful and supplied us with His abundant grace every time. We know what it is like to soar on the wings of grace, to fly like an eagle and to defy gravity, all because our Father loves us. He went deep and has sprung up a new well within. He taught us to go beyond our strength and to trust in Him to uphold us, to go far beyond ourselves in the natural and step into His supernatural supply. He is faithful to supply His grace. His grace is the ability to do the things we cannot. He is our ever-present source, our only source. He is sufficient and more. He makes us want to be more, to go farther, fly higher, try harder, attempt more, expect more. We've tasted and have seen that the Lord is good and with Him, all things are possible!! The people are amazing...the country is beautiful...the harvest is ready...the labourers are necessary. “
Many Blessings, JT
